Personal Training with me involves adopting a holistic approach towards getting a fitter and stronger body. It includes a comprehensive training plan, nutrition and supplement guidance. The program is developed after a thorough understanding of the body type, medical issues, if any and individual goals.
My personal coaching sessions encourage clients not to restrict themselves to rudimentary dumbbells or barbells. I believe in using different methods to make training interesting. We work with the available resources whether - dumbbells, barbells, gym machines, stability ball, resistance bands, medicine balls, bosu ball, or even exercisingat a simple children's park.
I promote innovation in training & encourage clients to discover how they enjoy exercising and further develop a plan around it..
